PROGRAMMING OVERVIEW

Brightland Youth's Welfare LLC is a licensed child welfare agency in the state of Arizona with a great team of dedicated staff who are trained, experienced, devoted, faithful, equipped, and compassionate as they help create a home far from home for youths who come to our facility. 

Youths are trained to care for themselves as they grow older to transition into adulthood while very young ones are nurtured until they can care for themselves. Discipline, respect  and love for one another, decency and equality are observed strictly under this program.

Meals are prepared by staff, cleaning is done by grown-up children in the home under the guidance and supervision of staff. Our staff will help the children to do school assignments, plan their daily activities, give out medications, and transport members to any destination approved by management.
